Descripción: UDG Alliance is looking for a software engineer who has strong interest in working with emerging technologies and developing new IoT solutions with strong knowledge and programming skills in Docker, Java, Python, Javascript, ansible with a demonstrated track record. Applying your skillset, you will join a small but dynamic multinational and multidisciplinary research team. DUTIES • Coding, developing and designing innovative IoT services and/or network related applications REQUIREMENTS Essential skills: Advanced level knowledge and experience with: • Understanding of IoT • Knowledge on Dockerization, OpenStack and ansible. • Good programming skills in Java, Python and Javascript. Other programming language skills are plus. • Knowledge on database management • Comfortable with git. • Basic unix knowledge • Understanding on networking in Linux environment • Sufficient English skill for English communication (Minimum B2 level) Plus: • Knowledge and Experience of FIWARE platform is a strong plus. • Experience of IoT platform development or IoT data management. Desired: Advanced level computer engineering or equivalent degree (MSc or PhD)
