Descripción: Role: Scrum Master Start Date: Needs to start within the next 2 weeks Location: UK or EE Fully remote role - initial 6 months contract with extensions. High chance to Temp-to-Perm rol Needs someone to come in and run the ceremonies and remind the teams what the right scrum is. Remind the team of how it should be done, what other things to be thinking about There is plenty of support in the team - who know the project and get the Scrum Master up to speed There won´t be any/much hand holding for this Scrum Master to do with the current project teams. They´ve been running Agile/Scrum for 2 years now, have a good understanding of the processes. Just ensuring they´re on track. Someone with experience for web solutions / web portal projects would be a good addition. All 3 projects are web portal based where the technologies are different behind the scenes, but all web-focused. Any procurement knowledge/experience working in Procurement areas of the organization would be a benefit, but not requirement. Description: - 3+ years experience or 5 full lifecycle deliveries performing Scrum Master/Squad Lead activities. - The Scrum Master/Squad Lead shall be competent and experienced in leading agile framework activities (e.g including but not limited to Scrum and Kanban) - The role of Scrum Master/Squad Lead is the servant/master of the Squad, responsible for working with the product owner and product stakeholders to understand and manage the delivery of the solution, whilst coaching the Squad to ensure events specific to a particular framework are run, removing any blockers and improving the efficiency of the Squad. - The Scrum Master/Squad Led will lead/facilitate one or more agile teams (could be Scrum of Scrums). The Scrum Master/Squad Lead will also be expected to help the team demonstrate incremental deployments to the business. Understanding and experience of implementing and coaching Agile and DevOps principles is an essential requirement. - The Scrum Master/Squad Lead will work closely with all team members, particularly the User Experience, Visual Design team members as well as Developers, QA Engineers, Data Modeler/Engineer and Data Analysts. Responsibilities include helping others in the team as and when required including resolving blockers and impediments. Coaching and smoothing stakeholders concerns is also an essential requirements.
